We have been dealing with River City for over 20 years, they have always provided excellent customer service and have gone out of their way to assist us when needed.
Overpriced with hidden fees. Probably one of the most difficult rental companies to deal with in San Antonio.
Great company. I brought in my pressure washer for service. They fixed my unit and the staff were professional and friendly. I rented one of their pressure washer trailers while mine was being worked on. It worked great and kept me working while my equipment was down. Highly recommend!
I dropped off my pressure washer unit wanting a pm service done and outlying exactly what I thought needed to be done. Two (2) weeks later I have to call only to find out that they can’t do it. And then billed me knowing they couldn’t perform the service. 🤨 But am charged $140.05 after them having it for two weeks with no communication and no tune up. I have no problem paying for diagnostics but the problem they fail to understand is that I explained it in very layman’s terms what the problem was, only for them to print my words out two weeks later and charge for that knowing they couldn’t tune up the carburetors. I specifically mentioned work needing to be done (old gas) maybe carburetor work? and they gladly accepted the work order without implying they “sub” out mechanics to another shop. Very shady business. We will never come back, plenty of reputable PW companies that are honest. The lady at the counter started recording me as I was loading up. Just look at their poor reviews.
Was in need of a hot water trailer for a job back in Austin. Customer service was great!! Equipment worked like a charm. The prices where fair for me!!! Five stars every day
