We had a great experience working with AJ throughout our rental process. We had applied through the portal, toured the home, and ultimately signed the lease with clear instructions and full access to the tenant portal for payments and move-in details. I’ll be honest — I was initially skeptical about part of the deposit process, especially given how common rental scams are these days. AJ took the time to walk us through everything, explained their procedures clearly, and helped us understand how they operate as a local and up-and-coming property management company. I’ve made a lot of questionable decisions this year, but choosing River Valley Property Management was definitely one of the best. As a first-time homeowner, I felt completely supported from day one. From my first inquiry to finding great tenants, everything happened within a couple of weeks. AJ Wells has truly gone above and beyond. One instance that stood out was when my property alarm went off and he personally went to the house to shut it off, saving me a stressful 3+ hour drive from the Bay Area to Sacramento.
