After our original venue closed down, we were extremely fortunate to find River’s Edge Events to hold our “Engagement” / We’re Already Married party. Every aspect was handled so professionally and the night went perfectly. So many of our guests commented on the fantastic view, location, and delicious food. The venue has great accessibility and all the amenities one could need. The audio and visual systems onsite were a real standout – exactly what we were after to share our surprise video!
Mariana, Rod and the entire River’s Edge team were absolutely fantastic! From the initial planning, all the way through to execution, they made our football club’s end of season presentation night one to remember! A huge thank you from all of us at the club - you guys were fantastic!
Having my 60th birthday event at Rivers Egde Events was the best choice by far. The view of the Yarra River and the light and airy atmosphere were captivating. The communication throughout the whole process was exemplary. Mariana actually listened to my requests and understood my vision.. The food was of a very high standard and feedback from our guests in regards to venue, food and service was all positive. Ella also went above and beyond helping me with getting ready and was so attentive during the evening as was Mariana and Rudolpho. We had our sit down wedding at River's Edge on the 5th of August and we had such an amazing experience. The venue and the view was stunning and was such a beautiful backdrop for our wedding. We had both our ceremony and reception indoors and the team were able to completely transform the room from ceremony space to beautiful reception in about an hour. The food was incredible quality. We thought everything they put out was restaurant quality and our guests also had many compliments. A special thank you for Mariana for answering all of my emails and texts and executing my vision and thank you to Ella for being so calming and helpful throughout the day. You both made sure the day ran smoothly and we are so grateful to be able to just sit back and enjoy the evening.
I recently had my cocktail style wedding at River’s Edge and my husband and I could not be happier with our decision of choosing this beautiful, modern and minimalist venue. Our Event Coordinator Mariana was AMAZING! She was super flexible and supportive, accommodating a number of special requests, such as a pizza station (not on their usual menu), and allowed us to DIY our styling, which played a huge role in helping us keep to budget. Mariana went above and beyond what we had expected, and we are so grateful for her support. On the day we were blown away with Mariana and Ella’s (second Event Coordinator) ability to magically appear right when we needed them! They had the perfect balance of presence, and we were able to enjoy our night, trusting everything was taken care of. Many of our family and friends have commented on how wonderful the staff were and how great the food was, not to mention the view! Thank you Mariana, Ella and the team at River’s Edge. We are so grateful and could not recommend you more highly.
