We booked in advance as a party of 7 (glad we did, as it was so full and people were being turned away!). It's really nice inside, clean and well maintained. A good bar, that also does food.
Came out with my mother and father and it was all great , service lovely or all came quickly, we got served by a small woman I think her name was rebeckah who was very nice and kind serving us. my mum was happy to win some toys too because she is quite old and her favourite is Wednesday! ( even though it is Saturday today LOL! )only doubt is food a tiny bit pricey but it is very Yummers!!
Great atmosphere and staff. I came recently with a work group. The manager Rebecca was so helpful in getting us booked in and was even there to greet us on the night, she was so accommodating and super nice, an absolute star and credit to you. The rest of the staff on duty were all amazing too. Would recommend for work nights out, lots of things there to do for families too.
I feel very sorry for this review but I went to the bowling alley recently and everything was fine until one of the staff/managers I’m not sure who’s name is rebecca (small woman who wore glasses) was very rude and ill mannered, speaking to me like some dog muck on the ground and disrespecting my religion too I’m a Muslim so I can’t eat pork but my meal came with pork on it which was my fault as I didn’t realise I asked her to change the dish and she refused saying ‘just eat pork you bunch of weirdos’ this was offensive as my family are all Muslim too. Apart from this encounter everything else was fine big shout out to a young man who was working in the kitchen who came and sorted my dish for me and was very apologetic.
Had my birthday party here on Saturday and there was one amazing staff member who stood out and helped so much! Some of my friends were late and she moved us back a couple of times to accommodate us so that no-one was left out and she was really helpful with my birthday cake, thank you! 🎂 In terms of the venue, good location and price, lots of things to do nearby, great fun! 🎳
