Mary was easy to work with and gave us a variety of vacation package options that met exactly what we wanted with budget variety which was nice to be able to compare resorts and all inclusive options. She helped us with travel tips and food suggestions and even helped us plan excursions and spa days. Thanks to her, me and my husband had an unforgettable honey moon that was easy to not only select but also navigate our trip from start to finish.

She was the incredible travel agent who helped organize travel for 65 guests attending our daughter’s destination wedding at Sandals Barbados, and she went above and beyond in every possible way. From the very beginning, Mary was professional, organized, and so easy to communicate with. Planning an international wedding for such a large group could have been overwhelming, but she made it feel effortless. She worked tirelessly to coordinate flights, accommodations, and special requests for every single guest — no matter how unique their needs were. It was truly amazing how she managed to make each person’s arrangements feel personalized, smooth, and perfectly suited to them. Mary didn’t stop there — she actually traveled to Barbados to be on-site for the wedding, ensuring that everything went exactly as planned. Her presence made all the difference. When weather canceled the fireworks, she handled the situation with calm creativity, arranging a spectacular fire dancer performance with a personalized fire sign featuring the couple’s initials. It was a last-minute change that ended up being even more magical than what we had originally planned. Her attention to detail, communication, and genuine care made this one of the best weddings ever. I cannot recommend Mary Fowler at Riverside Travel and Tours enough for anyone planning a large destination wedding, honeymoon, or vacation. From the moment we started planning our wedding with over 60+ guests at Sandals Royal Barbados/Sandals Barbados over a year and a half ago, Mary was absolutely essential in bringing our vision to life. Her expertise and extensive knowledge of the Sandals brand and wedding locations at every resort made the entire process seamless, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything she did for us. Mary worked very closely with the Sandals team to make sure every guest’s needs were met perfectly. Our family and friends were so impressed by how well everything was organized from the entire experience. When a surprise rainstorm hit during our Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party, she quickly worked with the Sandals team to move everything to a different place, keeping the celebration running beautifully. To make it even more special, Mary also planned our honeymoon in St. Lucia at two different Sandals resorts, Sandals Regency La Toc and Sandals Grande St. Lucian, giving us the best of both worlds. Every detail was perfectly arranged, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy an unforgettable start to our marriage. We even got offered upgrades to our room at both resorts! Jen W is amazing! She has thought of every detail for our upcoming trip to Paris. She responds quickly to my many questions, always with kindness! Update - we are back from Paris and it was everything we had hoped it would be. Jen W helped me pick the most memorable excursions beforehand. Jet Blue’s system was glitching the night before we flew out and she literally spent hours of her time making sure they got it fixed to ensure we had no surprises at the airport. I am so grateful that she guided us seamlessly through the entire process of international travel and what to expect. I recently returned from an incredible vacation at Beaches Resort Turks and Caicos expertly planned by Mrs Mary Fowler. From start to finish she provided exceptional service, attention to detail, and personalized recommendations that made our trip truly unforgettable. The resort recommendations were spot on and we loved every moment of our stay. Mary went above and beyond to ensure our trip was stress-free and enjoyable. Even when our flight back home was canceled she accepted my call on a Sunday even and Everything she could to get us all back home safe. Another benefit with booking with her is once my flight was canceled she processed the refund through the airline for me which was greatly appreciated because it kept me from sitting on the phone with customer service for 3 hrs.
