I had an absolutely exceptional experience at Riviera Spa, and it is entirely because of Valeria and Georgina. From the moment the service began, it was clear that both of them operate at an elite level of professionalism, skill, and care. Their attention to detail, deep knowledge of skincare, and intuitive understanding of what my skin needed made this one of the best facials I’ve ever had—anywhere. They were thorough, gentle, confident, and genuinely invested in delivering outstanding results. What truly sets Valeria and Georgina apart is that they don’t just perform a service—they create an experience. The environment felt calm, intentional, and personalized, and I left not only looking better but feeling significantly better. This is the kind of service that builds long-term loyalty and keeps clients coming back. Chichi is also great at the front desk. Riviera Spa is extremely fortunate to have professionals of this caliber. Valeria and Georgina are clear assets to the brand, and they represent the highest standard of excellence in aesthetics and client care. If leadership is paying attention, these are exactly the team members you invest in, retain, and reward. I will be requesting them specifically moving forward and recommending them to everyone I know.
I enjoyed my experience at Riveria Spa! Especially since I was visiting from out of town and looking for a relaxing day. First, Tatyana was very friendly from the moment I entered and made me feel welcomed. It was my first time using an infrared sauna. I liked that the room was private and had a shower inside. I would suggest adding some hygiene products like deodorant in the sauna rooms too. It was also my first time trying a body wrap, and Khong was very thorough in explaining the process beforehand, which I appreciated. The massage was great as well, with the right level of pressure I requested (medium). I will definitely come back the next time I’m in town.
Had two treatments at this spa and here are the pros and cons! Pros: massage and facial were absolutely fantastic! The staff were friendly and professional and I immensely enjoyed both services and the products that were used. I would go back anytime for these services. Cons: This does not feel like a “spa”, more like a doctor’s office. The bathroom, changing room, shower, and lockers are all in different locations. I find that very odd. Also, lockers were square and small and you couldn’t hang anything. There is only one shower, and the temperature is like warm, it doesn’t drain well, and the ceiling wasn’t completely painted. The chairs in the waiting area were not very cozy, no footstools, and the entire waiting area is connected to the reception, so you can hear and see everyone coming in (not relaxing). They have self serve tea and water, no snacks (aside from mints and Hershey kisses) and I had to request a mimosa as nothing was offered to me. The space is carpeted in office carpet, which I find odd, especially for a massage room. I think if you want a quick in and out service, this place is for you. However, if you are looking for a true day spa experience or even somewhere you can go as a group, this is not the place.

Everything about this visit was so nice and relaxing. The entire staff was so nice and so professional and welcoming. Trey performed my massage and he was amazing. Very gentle and understanding. I will definitely come back to visit The Riviera Spa! Thank you again for making this such a rememberable experience. And thank you to all the staff who assisted with my group! Thank Thank you!!
I visited Riviera Spa during a girls' trip to Dallas, where my friend scheduled massages for all of us. When we first arrived, we sat in the waiting room and were offered complimentary mimosas or champagne; we opted for champagne. While waiting, we decided to ask for robes. We felt that this should have been offered to us after we checked in, but may have been an oversight. After changing into our robes, we continued to enjoy our champagne until our masseuse called us back. They also provided us with warmed neck pillows, which was the perfect way to start our day at the spa. I had the pleasure of having Nancy as my masseuse. My service included a signature wellness massage for 50 minutes, and I added a yoga balm as an enhancement. Nancy was amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed my massage session. Afterward, I felt so relaxed, especially while using my warmed neck pillow and finishing my glass of champagne. Overall, I had a great first experience at Riviera Spa. I can’t wait for my next trip to Dallas to visit again. If you’re in the area, be sure to check them out!
