Gracie that did my dermaplaning and Hydrafacial did a wonderful job. My skin was glowing afterwards and I can see the good effects two days later. I love to get a Hydrafacial to get a deep clean as well as hydrate my skin. The spa is beautiful and clean. I will be going back.
I went into the new med spa in alameda two weeks ago to get Botox with Tracy and IM LOVING how my Botox has been settling in. I have slight movement but my eyes look brighter. Tracy really seemed to know what she was doing and knew the perfect amount of units I needed. She listened to my apprehension and was so sweet about any worries I had. She was just a delight to be around and I will be back!
If you're anything like me and find ways to nitpick at yourself, researching subtle touches to improve your appearance and confidence, overwhelmed at all the different places to obtain treatment and wishing to not be judged - you won't come across a more welcoming and warm environment than Riviere Med Spa. Riviere was the very first place I had went and gotten treatment from, and I've been going back ever since. You open the door to the most genuine and kind employees that instantly calm your nerves. Tracy (the most wonderful injector, she's extremely knowledgeable), Chhavi (who never fails to reach out and check in after treatments, so sincere and wholesome), and Peyton (with the best positive attitude) - these ladies really do go above and beyond to make any appointment one to remember. From lip Filler to Botox (etc), all treatments are executed beautifully leaving you to feel like the best possible version of yourself. A lot of us seek somewhere to put ourselves first for once, and I can't recommend a better place to do so than Riviere.
Im so late with my Review as I have been going here for a few years! I followed Payton here as she made a career move and I can not be happier for her and for me! The spa is wonderful, everyone is so nice, inviting and warm! Payton is the BEST knowledgeable, kind, calm and a gentle touch! I highly recommend Riviere Med Spa for all services needed! It is the best kept secret on this side of town! Go treat yourself and Enjoy!
