I have never written a bad review before but ohhh my god this was genuinely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had I’m shocked they’re still in business. First, my driving instructor Hassan was very passive aggressive and rude over text prior to our lesson. I wanted to confirm we had the lesson the next day and he read it but didn’t respond so I followed up for an update and he said “what update do you want??” …um what. I then asked if I could change instructors because I didn’t feel comfortable going with Hassan and they refused. THEN I go to the lesson (one hour drive before my test) and I tell Hassan that I haven’t driven in a while so I’m glad we’re having the lesson because I need a refresher. He proceed to ramble to me for 5 minutes (no exaggeration) about how he will not tell me what I do wrong or right in that lesson (then what’s the point????). I told him that I would find it helpful for him to give me some pointers so that I can do well on my test and he simply refused and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. It got to the point where we were quite literally YELLING at each other as I’m driving down the highway because he was being so rude to me and refused to help me. Extremely dangerous driving situation that Hassan caused. Reminder I literally paid $150 for this…. so I guess I paid to be yelled at because I certainly didn’t get a driving lesson. After I took the test, I told Hassan I didn’t pass (which obviously is nobody’s fault but my own, but Hassan didn’t exactly help with the nerves) and he responded “yeah I would’ve been shocked if they let you pass” ….??? Well maybe you could’ve helped me then?? I was pretty much in tears on my way home. I’m genuinely shocked by how awful he was, so I believe all the other bad reviews and I can’t wait to also receive a defensive response from the company just like they’ve done with all the other reviews. Never go here ever

I recommend Hassan with Roadcraft driving School, especially for anxious and less experienced drivers! With Hassan' s approach, I was able to repeatedly practice the areas I needed the most improvement on until I got better, and focus on the fundamental skills needed for everyday driving and to pass the test. I was finally able to pass the G2!

It was a pleasure learning with Hassan at Roadcraft Driving School. Lessons were instructive and relaxing. Whenever I had questions or struggled with a technique he provided me with the necessary guidance to overcome. I wish we would drive along more varying places to get a better overall feel for the road in environments. Booking appointments was quite easy also with minor communication issues. I definitely recommend! 👌
