So far, I have had nothing but an excellent experience with the Law Offices of Rob Levine. They contact me periodically to check on how I am doing and they answer any questions I have quickly. My case worker, Yessica Castrillo, has not only been sweet and helpful but incredibly accommodating. Her flexibility has been immeasurable since I am having some family issues as of late. I can’t say enough good things about this firm and the people that work for Rob Levine.
I want to specifically acknowledge Attorney Moore, who has been professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout my case. While there are times when it takes a few days to hear back, she does follow up and address my questions, which I appreciate given the volume and complexity of cases being handled. That said, the overall process feels somewhat autonomous, and not everything is explained in great detail unless you actively ask questions. Because of this, I’ve found that I need to be proactive to fully understand what’s happening at each stage. For example, I had to raise concerns about medical providers threatening to send bills to collections before any guidance or action was taken. Once I brought it up, a letter of forbearance was sent, but many medical facilities still require timely payment and don’t always accept those letters. I feel there could be a clearer plan in place for situations like this, since it’s a common issue in injury cases. I also would appreciate more consistent updates regarding key developments with the insurance side of the case. I wasn’t aware that the opposing party was attempting to shift fault onto me until I asked for a status update. I believe being informed of major developments as they occur would go a long way in helping clients feel more confident and less anxious during an already overwhelming process. Overall, I do feel that my case is being taken seriously, and I value the work Attorney Moore and the firm are doing. I’m leaving this as a four-star review for now, with the intention of adding my final star once the case is fully resolved. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe improved communication and transparency would make an already strong firm even better.
I am thankful to still be here to show love to my mother. The accident certainly caused dysfunction in my life but I am grateful for Maria my paralegal asst, and honored to have Delaney as an attorney fighting for me: all the while ensuring my health needs are cared for. That is the difference, I have been accepted and represented and it is my pleasure entirely.
