Our lawn tech Simeon is excellent! He is always helpful and friendly and has gone above and beyond to help us even with services for inside the house when that is technically not his role when he services our lawn.
I had a carpenter ant issue in my new construction home and initially tried to handle it myself with store-bought products, but I wasn’t successful. After calling around, I decided to go with Rocket Pest Control mainly because of their pricing — and I’m so glad I did. From the start, their personnel made all the difference. Fritz was the technician who came out, and he was respectful, friendly, and, most importantly, honest. Because of the nature of carpenter ants and a few concerns I had, they also sent out an inspector, Bryant Ferrante, and he was absolutely amazing. It was truly refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about their job and clearly has strong expertise in what they do. He took the time to answer my questions and completely put my worries at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend Rocket Pest Control. This was a great experience from start to continued service! This could have been a 5 if only the local sales rep and manager had dealt with me directly. My sales rep was not responsive and his mailbox was always unable to receive messages due to being full. I had to track down the owner myself and deal with him directly. He was very responsive and professional. He took excellent care of me. Rocket contracted World Pest Control out of Ft Lauderdale to tent and fumigate my home. World Pest damaged a gutter and threw out groceries that I was told by my Rocket rep didn't need to be bagged. In the end, the owner had my gutter fixed and credited me for the wasted groceries. If my local rep and manager had made that happen this would have saved me time and I would have rated them a 5. Room for improvement for the team who deals direct with customers.
I am a new customer and so far I am very impressed with this company. When I called, I spoke with Emily, she was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient with answering all my questions. Kortney came out for the initial visit. I would have to say the same about her. She was also very thorough and explained everything she did. They are both very good representatives of the company,
Kim was amazing! H came to my house the same day I called and provided exceptional service. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Best of all, my ant and cockroach problem was completely gone after just one day! I’m so impressed with how fast and effective the treatment worked.
