From the beginning, Chris Francis was incredibly responsive, and Deborah Thornton provided outstanding support during the application processing and review, she was thorough and polite. As a realtor, I've had a significant number of negative experiences with property management companies. Working with Rollingwood (I represented the tenants) has been a breath of fresh air. They are organized, responsive, and they have been addressing the tenants repair requests and issues as they arise. It has been a refreshing experience working with them.
