Jhonny Diaz was the BEST salesperson. Spent a LOT of time. I had a list of mattresses I was interested in, we went through all, finally decided on two and found the right one. NO pressure, very informative and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Purchased what I came for and more. I normally like to shop alone but I would have been lost in the sea of mattresses and wide array of choices without his help and knowledge . Highly recommend, if you go, ask for Jhonney Diaz😁😁
Furniture was awful when they delivered it. Deep scratches, everything was covered in dark dust, multiple chips in the bed frame. We spent almost $3k on this furniture that you could find cheaper at IKEA or even Amazon for the quality. They replaced a few items after I initially showed them the damaged furniture they delivered, and even those required a service call because of further scuffs and areas where paint was gone. Come to find out when the service guy comes, they didn’t update him that I needed multiple pieces of furniture touched up so now I get to make a third service call. I’m so fed up with this place, their furniture is garbage and if it wasn’t for the time restraint of needing this furniture I would’ve already dumped it back in front of their store and demanded a refund. The salespeople lie, Veronica was saying they could do different hardware on the furniture and that they’ll swap stuff out for you when they deliver it, apparently they don’t and when I called they said they don’t do that because of “liability” if something goes wrong. So much of our time and money has now been wasted because of this place and the fact they charge almost $3000 for an apparently low-quality bedroom set is outrageous. Save yourself money and hassle, go to ikea or amazon. If you think those places don’t have good enough quality, it’s probably still better than Rooms to Go.
I had an amazing visit from the time I stepped in the door. I was greeted by Adeel explained what I was looking for. He was very patient and attentive to my needs. He took his time to show me all the sets they had available. We tested the furniture and reviewed the prices. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. I have visit the store on many occasions but this was far most the best experience I remember. Thank you Adeel for making my visit a great experience.
Salesman gave us our space to breathe with zero pressure. Told us all our options and closed a quick sale of the 6 piece Amplify leather triple power reclining sectional and matching recliner. This is how sales should be. Straight forward, no pressure, no bs.
Very Good furniture .I love the collection .Bought a 2 armed oversized Chaise chair for my daughter and she loves ❤️ it .Bought a dining table bench .Found a perfect match to pair with my Dining table from a different store . And plan to buy a complete sofa set soon. Heads up shoppers . There is a delay of 1 to 2 months on some collection bcus of huge demand to get delivered. There's lot of demand because of good discount prices .Mr.Trent, sales agent was really polite and patient person He answered all our questions .Going definitely back there soon
