Had a heat pump installed with my ductwork replaced. They didn't try to upsell me any equipment and instead talked about my choices with me. Very informative and helpful making it less stressful on myself. There was an issue where during the installation of my ductwork, a section of my vent came down. But they were able to apologize, fix it and make it look much better.
I called Roo's on Monday night after my 25+ year-old AC stopped blowing cold air. Justin quickly set up an appointment and gave me a fair estimate that was $4,000 less than another company I had spoken with. They were able to install the very next day, and the team did an excellent job--professional, efficient, and clean. We couldn't be happier with the service and value. Highly recommend Roo's Heating & Air and we will be using them moving forward for our AC and heating needs.
Response time was great. They arrived within hours. They charged me $49 to diagnose the unit. Said I needed a new fan motor and coil. I bypassed the capacitor and the fan motor turned on. I changed the capacitor myself, a $20 part on Amazon. And my unit is working great! They tried to up-sale me to a new fan motor that I didn’t need! The fan turned on fine! Please be careful with this company! They quoted me $7900 and I fixed it for $20 myself
