His team of staff were also easy to work with. He was always thorough, professional and empathetic to my needs. Took 10 months to ponder my file that they took on contingency. My employer hired me back so there was no more case. They sent me a bill for almost $4800 before their deductions and then made it seem like they were discounting me a lot and I had to pay $300 FOR NOTHING. No paperwork was ever filed nothing even happened, there was one 20 minute call, that’s it. They reviewed my file 10 times and sent me a draft for paperwork that had wrong information in it and then charged me to correct their errors. Again nothing happened. Zero communication and I had to email 6 times for updates and again nothing even happened. I have no trust in lawyers after this process and they took zero accountability for their lack of care in my file. Would not recommend if you want good communication and to feel comfortable knowing they will look after you. They approached me for this case as well and I will never ever participate this way ever again. I feel very scammed.
