Once Chase arrived, the job was completed quickly and thoroughly. Very happy with the service. Four stars due to scheduling: original appt was from 10-2:00 the previous day and we will waiting at 8pm. I understand they were busy, and they did automatically book us for the next day.
This was the best service I have ever had with installing the pump which had gone out and left the bathrooms unusable. Chris, the technician, is an incredible professional and very knowledgeable. He communicated throughout the process and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. He truly cares about the customer. He an expert and did the work at a fair price. I will always call Roto-Rooter for my plumbing service and ask for Chris.

Mr Adam came and explained so throughly the problem with my water heater after not having any hot water and worked do diligently on replacing and explaining everything about the function of the new one.
