I absolutely would use these people again. Scott Bowers was my plumber and he knows what he is doing. His service was great, he is very easy to talk to and explained everything to me so that I could understand. He was very helpful to me and saved the day. He did not leave a mess and was in and out and had the job done. 10 stars from me if there was an option for that. Highly recommend this company.

I would give five stars to the technician, Scott. He was friendly and courteous and explained everything clearly. He also worked quickly to fix our drain clog. The reason I’m giving only 4 stars however is because the pricing from Roto- Rooter is a bit steep. They charge set rates for the job, regardless of how little time it may take which works out best for the homeowner if it’s a big job that takes a lot of time, but for a job that’s done quickly and relatively easily, you still get charged a big bill.

Joseph was great. Explains everything. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Treated us with respect. Completed the job under estimate and restored our water service after a broken pipe within a few hours. Great work highly recommend roto rooter and the service contractor Joseph. Will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Joe was awesome! He was very professional, respectful, and kind. He did a great job. I would gladly hire him to do more work at our home. Customer service was awesome as well. They stayed in contact to let me know if Joe come earlier. It’s hard to find a quality technician with a great professional demeanor.

First things first! Everyone from the nice women who answered my call to the technician was pleasant and helpful . I had a toilet leak and the sent someone out fairly quickly . My Technician Joe , he stellar , he started with a quick evaluation of the issue and moved onto a solution. He was so kind, I was home with my children not sure what to do about the leak in the upstairs bathroom and he told me all the things that needed to be done and gave me a very fair price for the fix. He communicated everything before the work started and finished in timely manner . I want to say this was kindest most helpful experience I’ve had with a company in a long time, I’d been used to some grouchy people looking to get the job done and leave quickly , but Joe explained everything to me and fixed me issue and left me with beautifully done work. Don’t hesitate to use this company prices are fair, the work is quality and everyone was so kind during a bad situation.
