Bad customer service! Came with a group of friends to bowl and got put on the waitlist for max time of 20 minutes. Walked around for over an hour waiting - still haven’t gotten called to get our lane. I walked up to the desk and asked if we would still get our lane since there was 2/3 opened up and they said yes. The manager guy turned around and then turned back and said they can no longer give us our lane as their registers have been closed down already. Did not offer any way to help except a too bad.

I came to this location about an hour and 30 before closing. It was clean and everything. No complaints with the inside or helping staff. But the manager at night, was absolutely the rudest. Mind you no food or drinks were ordered, just a bowling lane. He has a major attitude problem which is crazy to be working in a kids arcade. If you dont like people coming in 2 hours before close to play ONE game, maybe dont work the night shift idk??

Compare to the Wichita Round1, this location seemed a little more compact. I enjoyed it still with my two boys. We liked playing the mini crane games and the Break a Plate ticket game here. The 99¢ ice cream and beers are as good as ever.

The games were fun. It was our first time going so I feel like we didn’t have much knowledge about the deals and what not. A place that big I feel you should have someone greet you and guide you with the best deals to get your moneys worth. Food wise, I was fairly disappointed. We ordered a side of fries, mozzarella sticks, and 3 sodas and paid $40. The fries were like school lunch fries and soggy and the mozzarella sticks were alright. Definitely not worth $40.
