I tell ya what my first encounter with everyone at Rowe collision was under unfavorable circumstances. That being said not one but everyone that I had any interaction with from the nice lady at the front desk the two tow truck drivers the feller that came out and helped me with my belongings every single damn one of them was as polite and kind as if they had known you for years. I can't say enough good things about these folks. Seriously they are (to me) just some of the damn best people there are if your car takes a crap on you accident whatever the problem is call Rowes collision. I'll say it once more with capital letters DAMN GOOD PEOPLE!! Thanks again Happy New Year's to y'all!

Beautiful work and above and beyond service! The owner went out of his way to drive me to Enterprise to pick up my rental car, which was such a kind gesture. Everyone was professional, friendly, and took real pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality body repair and exceptional customer service.They made the whole process with the insurance company easy.

Ken and team at Rowe Collision were truly an excellent experience! Saved me the trouble of dealing with other collision shops, being friendly, transparent on the damage and saved me so much time! I had a problem with the coating on my vehicle. I went to Rowe as they came well recommended by another local business whose opinion I trust. Looking around I see a very busy operation. I understand that mine wasn’t particularly large or lucrative. However I am not without insurance nor means. I am an older retired veteran. Perhaps the young man I spoke with thought I was shabbily dressed or didn’t reek of $ money? But in all of my years I have NEVER had someone so quick to talk me out of using his businesses services to address my problem. I’m sure he’s very knowledgeable in his field. I retired as an Expert in the field of the application of topcoats to a variety of substrates. There are a great variety of primers and bonding agents that will adhere to virtually any surface. To offhandedly try to “school” me that the ONLY way you can guarantee your own work is if you alone can provide an entire replacement part is ludicrous and I’m sure insurers would have something to say about that. But to attempt to send me to Dealership before a single fact is gathered or a single number is uttered? You reluctantly were willing to give me an estimate. But clearly you did not need nor want to do business with an old man with a cane. I’m sure you could care less. But old people get together & talk about how we are treated or mistreated.
