I've ordered flower arrangements from Rowlett Florist & Gifts for my daughter every year since 2020. I have asked about a certain meaningful type of flower and gotten a whole education about it, as well as enthusiastic and realistic expectations for it's availability. Every year, they surpass my expectations and I'm so proud of the stunningly beautiful arrangement that smells unbelievable. The flowers last an unusual length of time. I really, really appreciate the consistency and good, old-fashioned value for quality service. It can be difficult to impress my daughter but now I'm quite certain she'd be disappointed NOT to get her flowers from this florist on her birthday. I can not more highly and confidently RECOMMEND this place for all your floral needs in the area.

WOW WOW WOW!!! Way above and beyond my expectations!!! Called to send my sister a Christmas poinsettias and spoke with Debbie. Told her what I wanted and she blew me away. By far the most beautiful poinsettia plant arrangement I’ve ever seen and I have seen many because I have been sending them to family for almost 20 years! Was happy to wait for the Jingle Bells poinsettias to arrive and I’m so glad I did! Great customer service & communication. They take pride in their craft/talent and it shows! Have been using Rowlett Florist for a couple of years and they have definitely earned and won my loyalty! Fantastic work and thank you Debbie!
My daughter got me beautiful flowers for my birthday from here and they lasted nearly 2 weeks.
This florist is very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful! I had ordered the peach compassion standing spray for my grandmother’s funeral. what I ordered was not what I received as you can see in the pictures. Also, I had put the delivery instructions to be sent on July 15th, the day of her private family viewing to the funeral home. When I arrived I did not see my arrangement. I called the next morning and the lady that picked up the phone said that the owner called the funeral home and said that the funeral home said that there was no viewing. I asked that the owner call me to give an explanation on why she did not follow what my delivery instructions said to do. There was no formal viewing but there was a small family viewing and I wanted the standing spray there on that day. Well the owner calls me and is very rude as soon as I answer the phone. She did not apologize for her mistake and kept justifying her wrong actions. She would not answer me when I asked “why did you not deliver to the address that I said to deliver to and on the day I wanted it?” she said that I should have been kind enough to call to let her know??? Ummm what??? I’m confused on how I’m suppose to know that this florist doesn’t follow delivery instructions. The delivery instructions said to be delivered on the 15th at the funeral home, not the 16th at the church. She then says to me. “Listen here lady!” And tells me that she’s been in business for 50 years and she’s never had a complaint. I say, Well I’m sorry, I’m very disappointed and this is very unprofessional and I asked for half of my money back. She said she would only give me 25% off and I’m not okay with that bc the floral arrangement that I ordered was not what I received. The standing spray had holes, wilted flowers and black petals on the outside of some of the roses. It was unacceptable for spending $370!!! She kept arguing with me and then I said I will be leaving a negative review on her company and she hung up on me. If I would have known that I would have had to go through all this just for flowers, I would have never ordered from this florist. My grandmother had other floral arrangements and plants at the funeral home so there was no issue having the arrangement there. I’m extremely shocked that I was treated in such a degrading manner and there was no apology for what happened. Also, I asked her if I could send her pictures/video of the standing spray I received so she could see and she kept saying that she has pictures too and that it’s impossible for her arrangements to have wilted black flowers but my pictures say otherwise.
