I initially shared the assessment provided by the utility company technician who had inspected the issue the day before. After turning on the water, Jordan promptly debunked that conclusion and accurately identified the true source of the leak just past the water meter. The team then excavated the area, replaced a section of pipe, and allowed the adhesive to cure properly. Afterward, they conducted a thorough operational check to ensure everything was leak-free and repopulated the trench. Their work was efficient, focused, and demonstrated impressive technical acumen.

Jordan with Royal Plumbing was great! He was very professional and answered all our questions. He was able to quickly remove the clog and took the time to check the sinks to make sure it was clear. He also provided information on preventative maintenance so the sink would not clog up again. We are very happy with the service.

Derek at Royal Plumbing did a fantastic job installing a new water heater at our house. He went through the estimate and clarified items I had questions on. During the install he kept me up to date and was very courteous about working inside our home, even doing most of the pipe work outside before final fitting indoors. Would highly recommend.
