Walter and Jamal came to our home and not only they cleared a blocked pipe they pinpointed where it was blocked worked tirelessly to clear the blockage and checked the traps and helped our home impeccably. They did their jobs outstanding and by the way, true story, they also SAVED/helped a tiny bloody nose bare footed boy in pajamas who accidentally got out of his house on the coldest day and almost got hit by a car! They are HEROES!!! They are ANGELS!!! I highly recommend using this service they have reliable dependable honest employees.
I highly recommend Mike for any plumbing or hydro-jetting needs. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose the issue. Mike used the jetter to clear a clog that others couldn’t fix, and he explained everything clearly throughout the process. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and the pricing was very fair. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and will definitely call Mike again for any future plumbing work.

Frankie came in for the initial estimate, and he was very informative. They came in a week later to put in new water lines (I didn't have existing water lines for a dish washer.) and they did a fantastic job! Frankie and his assistant. Frankie detailed the full scope of work, what it would look like after, and they stayed behind to turn on the new dishwasher and ensure that there were no mishaps after installation. Roto-rooters were able to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI), which my co-op management company required. This whole dishwasher process has been so daunting, but Roto-Rooters put my mind at ease! If I ever have another plumbing need, I'll be sure to call them again!
Dwight2176 is my plumber. My drainage in my basement was clogged and all water from the whole building flooding down the basement. I called Roto-Rooter and they came quickly with good equipment and Dwight2176 is very professional. He fixed the problem quickly and gave me good advise about keeping the drainage flow. I recommend Roto Rooter if you have emergency. It can be a cost of convenient but some pluming problem need to be fix immediately.
