We have used RuffCity for dog walking for the last 3 years and have found them to be great! The company is well run and organized, making it easy to reschedule, add or cancel walks as needed based on our schedule. They have a consistent primary walker so our dog was able to become very comfortable with them, but also the flexibility to provide backup coverage when needed, or coverage for one off walks in the evenings or weekends. We are relocating out of their service area, and they were kind enough to give recommendations for walkers in our new neighborhood to help make the transition easy. I know our dog will miss his walks with his RuffCity pals!

They have been walking my dog for the last 5 years and have always been incredible. They are accommodating, flexible, helpful on holidays and last minute coverage, and seem to very much care about my dog. My dog is a rescue with some issues like dog reactivity and other special requirements and I’ve never felt worried leaving her with a RuffCity walker or sitter. Can’t recommend enough.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I have been a RuffCity client for 2.5 years for private dog walks and overnights. Every member of their team I have interacted with has been consistent, reliable, and accommodating to my pet's needs. My dog is a rescue and I have seen his confidence increase over the course of working with RuffCity and his primary walker, Cody. I have never experienced a lapse in service. Stacia and Abby are quick to respond and always have a solution. Once, during a busy holiday weekend, I hurt my back and was having difficulty getting out of bed. Even though it was a holiday, RuffCity organized last minute coverage for my dog to be walked, allowing me to rest. This is one of many times they have come to my rescue and removed the stress of trying to problem solve my dog's care on my own. I am very grateful for them and their team.

I used RuffCiti for many years (4-5 with my first dog and 2 with my second) and have never been disappointed. As a working professional, I felt comfort in leaving my pup knowing her dog walkers would be by. Their staff is caring and friendly who seem to genuinely love their job. Stacia and Abby are also very responsive via email and run their business well. Worth every penny if not more for solo dog walks.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the care that is given to my cats. I have been using care for my cats for 30 years. Ruffcity is the best. It is the best at everything. They have been the most reliable. They have the quickest response time. They respond to requests immediately. I never have to worry that they can’t cover a date. Last minute dates are never a problem. Changes in dates are never a problem. Their staff has been nothing but top notch. I get great detailed and very fun and funny correspondences from their care people with many photos. All that puts your heart at ease when you are away from the pets you so dearly love, especially because I travel a lot. I have been so lucky that over the past two years Sammi has been our exclusive caregiver. She is stupendous. My shy cat Uly loves this girl like no other. Last month Uly had a vet emergency while we were away and to far to come home. Our girl Sammi saved the day, and the rest of our week, and was right there with her all the way to the vet and back again. She went above and beyond the call of duty that day and the days that followed. I am truly grateful. It was so scary to be away and have this happen but Sammi saved the day. Not only did she rise to the occasion during the emergency situation but she was also perceptive and experienced enough in noticing that my cat was acting unusual and noticed her acting odd in the litter box. She was developing a serious bladder issue. An issue that could have very serious consequences. Sammi had no second thoughts about taking her to the vet and then continued to administer medications to her for the remainder of our time away. That is outstanding. I am so lucky that she works for ruffcity. I give this company and all its employees the highest recommendations.
