Have had a couple of fitting appointments here now and both have worked out very well for me. I was in recently to get a new pair of trail shoes and Matt was very helpful at the appointment. We discussed the type of running I do and he gave a lot of good advice on which pair would be best. He was very friendly and made the process really straight forward. Tried my new shoes out the next day on a long trail run in the Borders and was really happy with them. Fit was great out of the box and perfect shoes for the kind of terrain I'm doing. Need a new pair of road shoes soon so I'll be sure to get another appointment booked in.
Big thank you to the gent (can't remember his name but he was a Newcastle FC fan!) who did my +runlab this week. Hugely helpful and provided some great assistance in identifying a new pair of running shoes. Really appreciate the the service so thanks again!
Dom was incredibly helpful during my +runlab session. He took the time to understand my feet and running style, explained everything clearly, and recommended the right shoes for me. Even though I couldn’t buy the pair I wanted due to stock availability, his kindness and professionalism made it a great experience.
Best running shoe fitting I've experienced. They had my son on the treadmill several times describing how the different shoes work with his form. They ultimately recommended a shoe that was on. sale and far less expensive than some of the options we were evaluating. I look forward to returning when I need a new pair.
Came today for a new pair of shoes. Had a quick gait analysis too. Shop was really busy but was seen to quickly. Was sorted out by who I think was maybe the manager. He really made me feel comfortable finding the right pair of shoes. Would definitely recommend this shop. Can't wait to try the shoes out see how I get on with them.
