Im rather disappointed with this company. I got a preety lazy instal. Website posts videos raving about a hang rite kit. Yet one was not used. Ac pad is sitting on a bunch of rocks I told them I needed it on the dirt and because rocks were being removed. It didnt happen. I paid a premium for a premuim unit and they mounted it with lable facing away. Now Im worried then unit won't be stable and level long term. Already looks unstable. I belive the ductwork was torn during service. Noise can be heard from vent. This I would expect from a Bob Ac installer for cheap. I called them and they sent someone who's opinion was these small details dont matter, brushed me off to the office. The quality of work is in the small details. I see carelessness and lazyness.

We used Rusty's for a new rooftop HVAC system and to add new ducting throughout our house. Their prices were very competitive compared to other large HVAC companies in the valley, and yet the service and quality we received from them was just as good if not better. Sean with was tremendously helpful from designing our system to managing the installation and troubleshooting any issues that came up. Their support team is very responsive and dispatches folks in a very timely manner. Rusty's is truly top-notch and we will continue to use them for our HVAC needs.

I recently bought a townhome in Mesa this past March. I knew the AC unit was old possibly the original. In May I had Rusty’s out to service the unit. The AC was working, but my tech was honest about its condition. He never tried scare tactics nor did he attempt to upsell me. I requested a quote for good, better, best replacement options. Richard came out that afternoon and wrote me up a quote on 3 options as well as spending time answering any questions and concerns I had. At no time did he pressure me to close the deal or again attempt to scare me into a new unit. I asked him to let me think on it over the weekend. He followed up on Monday and again no pressure and answered all my questions. Replacing an AC unit is a big expense, however, I was so impressed with everyone I had dealt with from Richard to Jeff in the office that I decided to move forward with a new Bosch VS package unit. Their price was more than fair (I shopped around) and they set me up for install within a few days. The process was seamless and they did everything they said they would do. Richard has also continued to answer any questions I have with a quick response and the answers I needed. It’s day 3 since the install and so far I am very happy with my decision. Thank you Richard, Caden, and Jeff along with the rest of the Rusty’s team for outstanding customer service, integrity, and honesty! I will remain a loyal Rusty’s customer and recommend them anyone I can. If you are looking to service, repair, or replace your ac unit, call Rusty’s they will not let you down!
