Sadie is a godsend!!!! 💛🙌 They have helped me through a very difficult time with my dog LuLu. It hasn't been an easy road and wasn't a quick answer on finding a solution to handle her current tranchea collapse. I want to thank Dr. Amanda Veatch and the entire team at Sadie. My dog Abu came in with cellulitis with a very severe necrotizing wound. She was very thorough in her approach, including getting a culture, getting him on a more targeted antibiotic, cleaning the wound, and pulling strings to get him in to an orthopedic surgeon the next day. The steps that she took that day has very likely given Abu the fighting chance to keep his leg. We are still not out of the woods yet, but Abu is doing so much better. Thank you Dr. Veatch and everyone at Sadie for the amazing care when we were in the midst of a very scary situation.
10/5 stars. I have a difficult pet with seizures whose never done well at the vet despite training, and medications. Everyone was accommodating, gentle, and kept telling me I had nothing to apologize for in regards to his difficulties. I have had the weekend from hell, and the cherry on top was my dogs sudden loss of function in his rear end leg. I am so glad I went to Sadie. They were commucative, accomdating and very informative. The staff members I came in contact with appeared to be extremely experienced, and compassionate. I can't express how important it was to get good care after what we've been going through in my family. I'm so grateful. This review is truly the least I could do. Thank you to the staff!
I took my furry heart to the clinic as she was limping and had just recovered from surgery. From the support staff to the Vet that saw her, it was an amazing visit. She is a Very anxious doggo and her anxiety was accommodated from the beginning. She was allowed to wait in the car and brought straight back to a room without having to interact with other pets and all staff were calm and comforting through out the visit. The staff didn't push for unnecessary tests or scans and the price was by far the most cost effective as I have ever paid. If they ever open a regular vet clinic I will be in line with all of my pets as patients.
The care that we received at Sadie was exemplary from start to finish. I can confirm actual connections and eye contact with considerate people that truly and genuinely care about the welfare of your (pets), family members! Our vet tech Scott, sincere and compassionately heartfelt, made sure we had everything we could possibly need to feel supported during & after our procedure. Dr. Goodell is remarkable. Thorough, professional, succinct and charming. The front desk even took extra steps to make sure we felt confident coming in and leaving. This kind of clinic is a much needed addition to our community. Bravo! Overall in my experience of pet care, by far the most seamlessly orchestrated encounter of any veterinary clinic I’ve ever been too paired with the best possible outcome for challenging information to be delivered. I felt understood, heard and most importantly received by anyone I came into contact with. Best of all my pet was comfortable the entire journey. Thank you Sadie.
