Love this place so far except for the make up tokens. I didn't realize you only had 2 weeks to use them so the first time I wasn't able to do so. You get 1 makeup token per month so I assumed you had the whole month to use it. Nope, you have 2 weeks. We couldn't find a time that worked within those 2 weeks so we lost that token for both of my kids. My mistake for not reading the email correctly so I took the loss and lesson learned. The second time we needed to use the makeup token I missed the class because I wrote the wrong date (again my mistake). I wanted to see if we could use it on another day since we still had time during the 2 week mark. Nope, can't make the adjustment. It's frustrating because I am within the 2 week mark and we technically didn't use it so I figured we can apply it to another day. Hard no. Lessons learned for sure but not understanding why there isn't wiggle room or exceptions.

The staff is super friendly. My grandson’s personal trainer Nova is patient with him. He’s very uncomfortable at this stage because he’s only a year old but Nova guides him gently through his routine’s. The atmosphere is warm, colorful and inviting. I’d recommend Safe Splash to swimmers at their beginning stages. Great job everyone !

My one year old daughter started swim lessons on Friday at SafeSplash and it was a fantastic experience! The team was super attentive and the facility was new and amazing. Very excited to have this in our neighborhood and would recommend them to anyone considering swim lessons for your kid.

We love the teachers they are so patient and engaging with our daughter. The other swim school we attended required the parents to get in the water, which was such a hassle for us. I love that we can just sit down, remain dry while our daughter learns how to swim. I also love the fact that the pool is heated and indoor so we can stay on top of lessons year round, I have recommended them to even adults that I know want to learn how to swim five stars for sure
