The best traditional Japanese food. The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff are always happy and the customer service is amazing. I regularly eat here. Highly recommend 👌
1 star - Overpriced Katsu Curry $22. $7 for an ice tea - take away. Checked my bank statement and noticed cheeky surcharges as I paid by card. They also wanted to charge me for a plastic bag which wouldve ended up being 80cents. I get that the cost of living is high but to then add surcharges on already overpriced food and drink is an insult. Curry taste was average and had huge chunks of carrot (halves) added in to bulk it up. Fair to say I won't return.
I have been here many times over the last 5 years. The meals regardless of what it is are always amazing, the beer is always icy cold and the staff are beyond good, nothing is an effort for them. Every time I come it makes me miss Japan more. I can’t find the superlatives to describe this place. Come and enjoy for yourself, seriously you will not be disappointed.
I got the Ume bento with Kaarage, it was delicious, I really liked the miso and sashimi. Everything was good! Good deal too, large amount of food for $25
Ingredients were very fresh and cooked perfectly, no shortage of selection as the menu is extremely extensive. Definitely return.
