I followed Dr. Carlos from another practice because he is absolutely the best chiropractor I have ever experienced! He's able to FULLY adjust my very flexible spine, which is difficult for most other chiro's who'd leave me in pain from an incomplete adjustment. He's helped me understand a lot about the pain I was having, he loves teaching patients about their bodies and what we can do to care for ourselves at home. Because of Dr. Carlos, the ONLY chiropractor to ever be able to fully adjust my neck/upper cervical area, I've realized my compressed neck vertebrae were causing my vision disturbances and making me feel "foggy." Dr. Carlos is a fantastic chiropractor and a really wonderful person!

I 100000% recommend coming here if you're having any issues such as back, neck or hip pain. Honestly if you have a skeleton, (which should be all of you 👀👀👀) you should check this place out. They're so incredibly kind and helpful. They'll do a full in depth assessment and get X-rays before they adjust you so they know what they're working with to get you the best treatment plan possible. The Winston-Salem location is open until 6pm during the week which is so helpful for those of us that work and closed on Thursdays. They make rescheduling easy if something comes up last minute. I've never had a bad experience in the dozen or so appointments I've had here. I've even recommended my co-workers!
