Monica was amazing! Consult, wash, cut, and style all in under an hour. She knew from the brief description of my issue with my previous haircut exactly what I wanted and delivered. My hair has been so soft since my appointment. Everyone was welcoming and the salon space was very nice. Exceeded my expectations and without destroying my bank account (coming from a broke art student). Would 100% recommend.
This was my first time at this salon, and I had a great experience. I came in with my stylist Noah, who is awesome and consistently does a fantastic job. He really knows my hair and always makes sure I leave happy. I have anxiety and he relaxes me I also really liked the salon itself. The space is welcoming, well set up, and comfortable. Huge thanks to Noah for squeezing my husband in right after my appointment too. That extra effort meant a lot and made the visit even better. We’ll definitely be back.
Maricela has been my hairstylist for 20 years and I would never go to anyone else. Maricela is not just an amazing hairstylist but an amazing person as well. Her and the team have great customer service, very attentive, detailed and go above and beyond to get you right! From the moment you walk in you can feel the warm, friendly and positive vibes, place is always clean and welcoming. Book your consultations and I promise you won’t regret it!
This was the worst salon experience of my life. My haircut is HORRIBLE - what I thought was an easy request (cut 3" to make it one length again after trying some layers I didn't end up liking, and redoing my grown out fringe) was absolutely not. My stylist Cecelia sat down in a chair the entire time while cutting my hair.. and wow is it CROOKED. There is nothing 'one length' about my hair! Not to mention she somehow managed to cut off almost 2 inches more than I asked!! My mid back long hair (that I wanted cut to my chest) is now collarbone length and my "fringe" is chunky, clunky pieces that don't blend into the rest of my hair at all. AND to top it off, she didn't even blow dry my hair all the way! First, she had me awkwardly slide down in the chair so I was bending my back weirdly to do some very uncomfortable defusing, and then she just randomly decided to stop when my my hair was still wet! I didn't know how bad it was until I got home and it was dried. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was the products or technique that made my hair look awful... but no. I showered today and somehow it's WORSE. I have a gut feeling she stopped blow drying my hair just so I wouldn't see the horrific damage she did until I was gone. To be open - I started crying and now I don't know what to do. I don't want to go back to this salon and have them fix it, but also SHE CUT OFF ALL MY HAIR! I don't have any more length to give! It makes me feel so sad and nauseous that I will have to sacrifice the rest of my length to have someone fix this mess. I've spent over 3 years intentionally growing my hair out and maintaining it. I am distraught and heartbroken. I don't know if this woman is just unskilled and needs more (A LOT more) training, or if I was just unlucky and got a stylist that didn't understand my request... but whichever it is - I do not recommend this salon, and I definitely do not recommend a hair cut by Cecelia.
I’ve never felt prettier!! I was salt and peppering bc of premature greying genetics and wanted some more white highlights to have my grey growth be more elegant. My stylist went above and beyond and made the process look so easy. I’m so glad I chose this salon bc I get anxiety trusting people to touch my hair.
