Your service man was well educated and very cordial. He was polite and respectful. Although the cost of a new furnace was way out of my price range I did learn that I had replaced the high limit and fan limit wrong, after I corrected that, the furnace is working correctly now.
Sal’s was wonderful to work with! They got two very nice guys out same day to replace my water heater during the coldest weekend this year. They were professional and knowledgeable! The whole team was so great!
The technician Michael came out promptly and stayed until the job was completed. He was extremely knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to make sure the furnace on that cold evening was working properly and that were very satisfied with the outcome! I recommend Sal's Heating and Cooling to all my family, friends and coworkers, they are the ABSOLUTE BEST!
My furnace broke during one of the coldest weeks in Cleveland, I called Sal’s at 8:30am and within 15 minutes they had a tech out to my house for repairs. Houston took a look at my (very old, 20+ year) furnace and let me know that it was time for a new one. He was very transparent about the costs of the new equipment and didn’t pressure me into buying anything I didn’t need. I even called my dad and Houston explained everything to him on the phone as well. He also helped me out and cranked my oven on and boiled some pots of water to help warm up my house for the time being. Thank you for that!! Later in the day they sent a person back out to my house to drop off 2 space heaters which I really appreciated! The next morning 2 more techs arrived to install my new furnace. Thank you Brandon & Danny. Brandon walked me through my new thermostat and how to set it up, and then showed me the new furnace they installed and how to take care of it. 10/10 experience all around and my house is back to a warm temperature.
My heating emergency led to looking for fast, reputable service. After being scheduled and then told by 2 other companies we were out of their service area, I searched and found Sal's. Their 1st tech thought i needed new furnace, but checked again and cleaned my sensor. Advised me to get safety check. Two other techs came performed check. The senior tech assured me of safety and performance of our furnace and need for filters and advised routine maintenance. I was saved thousands and received quality service by the nicest three technicians.
