Special shoutout to Daisy who goes above and beyond on the regular. She helps with scheduling, paperwork, and the insurance maze like a total hero. You feel taken care of before you even sit down. Our kids feel safe here. The staff is gentle and upbeat, and they remember the small things that make appointments go smoothly. It does not feel like a dental factory. Everyone here was really professional, friendly, and accommodating. It was a long wait since they only had one dentist in on Saturday, but Rachel and Carolyn did a great job making all of the procedures and financing options clear to us. My fiance has a pretty serious fear of going to the dentist and this was far and away the best experience he's ever had. Plus the implant special was a good discount on everything.
