Got the lower mushrooms there and now is my favorite saltwater store!! Drove and hour to get here and this will be our new place to go!!
“I rarely write reviews, but when I come across a business like this one, I feel compelled to share my experience. This is a family-owned 🐠🐟 store run by genuinely honest people. Miguel, Valeria, and David are always friendly, patient, and never too busy to answer my long list of questions every time I stop by 🤣. I live in Plano, and it’s absolutely worth the drive to visit this store because of the outstanding service and the people behind it.
We went on 11/4 looking for a dip since one of our zoas was having issues. We asked what would they recommend and the gentleman was sooooo helpful and gave us some advice on how to move forward with said issue. We bought a wrasse that was recommended for our issue and we are so happy with our purchase and the great advice that was given. They have amazing coral options as well as fish options and great advice. I’d recommend to everybody, beginner and advanced reefers.
Well organized Family owed business that’s trustworthy and knowledgeable about their well kept healthy fish. Miguel is very friendly, quick and reliable when it comes to any issues with the tank, We discussed a possible tank with him and he came to my house that very day to made it happen with fish ready water and live rock and sand. Great company and an even better business man.
Searched all over Dallas and Saltwater Paradise was by for the best one I visited. It was nice to get information that was accurate and not a guess or them just trying to sell me some merchandise. They gave me time to look without pushing me into buying anything. When I was ready to buy Valeria was on it! She made sure I was well taken care of for my starter salt aquarium! My fish and corals are doing great and the pictures don’t do it justice!
