their prices are extremely high, and they make you drive over to get a quote to keep you there. They quoted me over $500 for a cracking screen after saying that it could but disclosing it could be as little as 250 but couldn’t give a price til you paid for an evaluation. would not recommend zero out of 10. Biggest waste of time and money! i genuinely don’t understand how they have positive ratings. it definitely fooled be

Super fast turn around! The team here are great. They address issues quickly and are very accommodating. They were able to identify the issue with my computer right away and make honest and fair recommendations about repairing vs replacing. They recovered all my lost data and easily transferred it to a new machine for me. Will definitely use them again!

Not all bad, but pretty disappointed. For complex problems, trust a big-name repair shop. I built a custom PC and had issues getting it to start. Brought it in for troubleshooting and was quoted $100 and 24 hours to work on it. Understandably, they told me up front they couldn't guarantee a solution based on the issues I described because they didn't have the resources to test so many unique components. 24 hours later they called to tell me they hadn't started, and actually needed $200. They explained their mistake and I thought it was reasonable. After agreeing, they identified a handful of components that worked, and a handful that didn't. I think they really made an effort to test all of the components individually using spare parts they had on hand, which was a kind effort. However, the CPU chip was returned to me with badly bent pins (i.e. broken). I also replaced the parts they told me were malfunctioning, and $500 later I had the same issue. These guys have some experience, they gave me some advice that I think will help me in the future and I believe they went through more effort to solve my problem than they initially said they could. But they damaged an expensive component and gave me the wrong advice that ended up putting me $700 deeper into this PC and no closer to getting it working, I couldn't recommend using this service

Do not to these guys for any computer services. You will get scammed. They do NOT know computers. I was having issues with my PC so I took my PC there a few days ago and they kept my PC overnight and then said they couldn't find anything wrong. I was home for a couple days and my PC problems got worse. With help from a friend I came to find out my video card drivers had never been updated in over a year. I had told them my monitors were shutting off and they didn't even bother to check to see if I had up-to-date video drivers!! Stay away from this company.

I needed a data transfer to my 2 year old MacBook Pro from my old MacBook Pro, which had more storage than was available on my new one. The staff was very friendly and professional and they solved this problem easily and had it done within a few hours! They did a great job and were very helpful. I was also happy with the price. It was a all round great experience. Thanks!
