Right off the bat, David was attentive, communicative, and also got me a killer rate which made home ownership not only possible, but ridiculously affordable. I would recommend him to anybody looking right now. He was able to get me rates and a max purchase price $50,000 more than any other lender I spoke to. I didn’t use the full limit, but it really made a difference in the type of home I was able to buy based on the other approvals I was given. Throughout the process, he was able to drop my rate a ton, which ended up bringing my monthly payment at closing to hundreds of dollars less than I paid in rent. Buffy was my underwriter and I adored working with her. You hear a lot of horror stories about the underwriting process but she handled my paperwork swiftly and was really responsive. I didn’t have the traditional horror story experience you hear about working with her or David. As a matter of fact, my experience with both of them was the least stressful part of the journey. If you’re shopping for a home and looking for lenders, add David to the top of your list. He’ll take great care of you!
