the service and experience we received was epic. Tom the driver was a class act and the vehicle was amazing. Thank you Limo Boss. So worth paying up a bit to get a first rate experience. Our daughter had the best birthday.

Dear Hugo, I want to share with you the Terrible experience your driver provided. 1st he was 10 minutes late. Bus was in bad condition broken champagne flutes, trash in the “limo bus” alcohol beverages in the presence of minor from the previous ride. Your driver was upset with us for his short comings & extremely rude. Driver randomly pulled over. I asked “why are we pulling over?” he said “to fix the music” this was 20 minutes into the ride. this should’ve been addressed the prior to us departing the venue. His attitude was sour. No effort to correct his mistakes. He called us names in Spanish as he drove off. Pinche Cavrone I believe. Worst customer experience EVER.

I am a wedding coordinator and booked with Limo Boss as the shuttle service for a wedding party. The white Mercedes shuttle was beautiful and arrived promptly to the Bahia resort. They used the shuttle from the Bahia, to a church in Scripps Ranch + back to the Wedding venue at the Bahia. Arrival, pick up and drop off all ran smoothly! The driver, Paul was nice and so helpful! Service was excellent, they provided ice, water bottles, a TV was available for music inside + the AC kept everyone feeling cool + fresh. I definitely recommend Limo Boss and look forward to working with them again soon!

This was our first time using a limo service! They are knowledgeable, reliable and punctual. The driver got us to our destination on time and sent a friendly text as it was approaching our deadline. He even offered to take a photo for us! I would highly recommend calling Hugo. It seems like he is very reasonable compared to others. Thank you for making our first experience a great one!

Planning a surprise birthday party is hard enough! Getting a limo to quietly arrive is even harder! I could not have pulled off this magical event without the help of Hugo and Limo Boss. I only did he arrive early and out of sight, we were so lucky to be blessed with a van upgrade! So cool! We will always remember the great customer service, the professionalism and the flexibility of this company. Thanks very much to Hugo Morales for making our night so special.!
