I worked in the City of London for 4 years back in the late nineties but never took the time to find out about its history. Now retired I wanted to change that and 2 1/2 hours with the very personable Daniel certainly helped a lot. Daniel has a great understanding of Londons history and was able to impart it with clarity, humour and enthusiasm. Very impressed and I’m am now going to find out more about this great city myself. Thank you

I aspire to know as much about anyrthing as Finbar knew about London and history/politics in general. Not only was the tour filled with great/cool info but all of the many questions that i asked were answered well. He was more than happy to walk and talk between stops which made it very fun for me. I don’t know if he could see, but one of the girls in the group for sure had a crush on him haha. can’t recommend this wonderful tour enough

Finbar guided us on a fantastic tour, sharing interesting stories about all of the important sites in central London, and finished with a lovely sunset view of Buckingham Palace. Finbar was extremely knowledgeable, and answered our many questions with thoughtfulness and good humour. I learned a lot, it was like walking along in a BBC documentary! In addition, I switched to this tour at the last minute, and Sandeman's promptly communicated with me about the change - making this day stress-free while on vacation. I look for a Sandeman's tour in every European city I visit, and they never disappoint! They're worth every penny of whatever generous tip you're able to give.

Really enjoyed the tour with Daniel. So glad I did it, otherwise I’d have just seen the famous landmarks without learning anything beyond taking photos. Daniel was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, and shared lots of fascinating facts and stories. Highly recommend!

Ollie was our tour guide and it was absolutely an amazing tour! It was scorching hot and he was quite attentive on that, making sure we were doing alright along the way. Visited many iconic places and learned a lot about the rich history!
