I recently had my three year old Dell laptop with a broken hinge evaluated by Sandia Computers. Much to my surprise I was informed that it could be repaired in a timely manner. Both the manager, Matt, and the service technician, Cam provided excellent service and communication during the repair process. I would highly recommend this business for your computer needs without hesitation.
Cam, not only was incredibly nice, but efficient, honest and fixed my issue very quickly. I needed my laptop for work and he got it finished in a day. Well less than a day, but I couldn’t pick it up till the next morning. I have never had issues with Sandia computers. We have bought computers from them at decent prices and their IT is phenomenal!

I purchased my second custom built PC desktop (high-end) computer here after 7+ years going from Win 10 to Win 11. After discussing technical requirements with Matt and Bobby, all key components were identified and quote was provided. While not guaranteed because of unforeseen issues , I am happy to report all my Programs, data and settings were transferred seamlessly. Bobby (Tech) spent quality time with me to ensure everything was covered and working properly. While Sandia Computers is not the lowest price store to purchase a computer, the quality and long-term support are well worth it. And for Stu, the owner, I wish to note that Bobby provides exceptional technical support.
