DO NOT BOOK. The most awful service and employees I’ve ever dealt with. We booked with them for a 2 year old birthday party. The team did not put enough gas into the generator causing it to shut down and deflate with many kids still inside. I called the company immediately and the person responding met me with the most insane attitude ever. He told me that “well your party is almost over right?” And then told me that I was overreacting. He did not let me speak and was incredibly defensive. If you value the safety of your children do not book here. I fully plan on pursuing legal recourse here, and the staff is what pushed me over the edge.

Used two years in a row for birthday party. The first time was great/as advertised. The second time they picked up the bounce house 90 minutes *before* the scheduled time, while the party was still going and the house was in use! They then ignored all follow-up emails I sent about this.

Just had the combo slide for my sons 7th birthday! Second time renting it and of course it was awesome! Service was great, very communicative and prompt!

Bad experience today at our son’s birthday party. First the setup was not done properly and bouncy house kept collapsing. When I called, the person who managed it, he was rude and asked us to check if the air inlet or outlet was lose as if we were supposed to handle it. Then after 10 mins of us trying to fix, he agreed to show up and found that generator was faulty. This is something the setup guy should have noticed in the first place. Guy who came to fix also left without saying anything. I had to call him to figure out what is happening. In the end, he did get a new generator but bouncy house was finally functional but 12:40 PM instead of planned time of 10:30 am. Due to this delay, peak time of using the bounce house was past. And when he came to pick up, he justified by saying that he let us use the house for 30 min extra in the end when all the kids were gone and no one needed it anyways. Giving one extra star for at least getting a new generator. But it is such a low bar and I would not recommend using them again.

Highly recommend! Tom was super professional, came ahead of time and set up, sanitized and made sure to explain functions. Was on time for wrap-up. 15x15 was perfect for 7-10 people. I reserved just 2 days ahead of time online and Tom followed up the day after via phone. Super professional and reliable, thank you!
