A family opal was removed from a ring and made into a necklace. The jewelry maker did a beautiful job and expedited it so I could take it on a trip. I worked with Jason and he walked me through the process including trading the old setting for store credit. Everyone in the store is friendly, helpful and informative. Have always loved Sartor Hamann. They are my jewelers and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
