Tye is such a gem! She is everything you could want in a makeup artist: a visionary, a professional, and so genuine. I attended a beautiful wedding in Virginia Beach, and I travelled from the DMV to get my makeup done by Tye. I researched multiple artists in VB, but Tye stood out on her Instagram page with not only beautiful looks, but I felt like I got to know her through her feed! This made me instantly comfortable, and booking online was effortless! I emailed her requesting body glow, and she replied quickly stating that she could do it, which I appreciated. I brought an inspiration picture and Tye really brought it to life! I also enjoyed vibing with her and the conversation was so fun! On to the makeup, she did exactly what I asked for. I requested a bright center of the face, pinky blush, and a pinky nude lip. She also remembered I emailed her about the body glow so she mentioned that and I appreciated her protectiveness! The makeup lasted all night and I got so many compliments. I just wish she lived closer to me so I could get my makeup done more regularly! Book with her, you will not be disappointed!!

Tye was just lovely as a human and fantastic as a makeup artist. I watched her do her magic on my beautiful friend transforming her into a ravishing woman ready for an evening wedding. Tye made space for me and applied eyelashes to my much diminished (cancer) eyes to make me feel beautiful too! I recommend Tye for her artistry and her goodness. Thank you!

She did her thing! I never wear make up but treated myself for my birthday. She asked about the occasion and the vision and executed it perfectly. Tyler is a master of her profession. AND she allowed me to book super last minute, I’m talking about less than 24 hours in advance. I was frantically searching for an artist that was inclusive of all skin colors and I hit the jackpot. I will always recommend her and will go to her if I ever find myself in need again. The conversation was awesome. I felt like we were besties by the end of it. I’m posting the pics because her work speaks for itself. My Aunt called me and asked me what filters I used after posting the pics on social media. Haha. The prices are great, the communication is easy (like I called to make sure I was getting lashes because I was stressed doing it last minute- and she answered, no leaving voicemails or waiting for a text back), and I could go on and on with praise. Do yourself a favor and book with her. No regrets.

Tye is an absolute gem! She played such a HUGE role in my wedding day. Aside from walking down the aisle, getting my hair and makeup done with my girls was one of the most memorable and special moments—and Tye made it all the more incredible. Her energy is absolutely unmatched! She’s not only insanely talented but also one of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. She truly listens and makes sure you feel your absolute best. I thought I knew what I wanted, but after my trial, I decided to change everything—and Tye delivered flawlessly on my big day. I contacted Tye after doing trials with two other makeup artists in the area and not being fully satisfied. I wanted the best for myself and my bridal party. Tye responded immediately when I called, gave detailed information and we set up a trial. The studio was easy to find and Tye was very sweet and friendly! She made sure I was happy with each step of the makeup process before moving on. Once it was complete I was very happy and booked her for my entire bridal party. On the day of Tye and Jen were on time and ready to go. They did an AMAZING JOB. Everyone looked phenomenal. If anyone had a concern they listened and didn't finish until everyone felt like they looked good. Jen is amazing because she does makeup and hair so she touched up my hair and my daughter's hair on the day of which was clutch! I've never looked better and felt like a queen on my big day. I am very happy with their services and they're the only MUA duo I would recommend in the area.
