I was genuinely surprised at how long it took to repair/replace our window. Plus, I could not believe that the window was not sparkling clean when I picked up my car. I expected a much better service from Schaefer Auto Body Center. There were also no specific details provided regarding the damage & repair other than the search for a used window!
Tyler was on top of the entire situation and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was hit by a deer and it was very traumatic. Andrea at the front desk was also amazing and did a great job helping me to stay calm and get my car in the shop as soon as possible. I would highly recommend their services!
