We have ordered flowers from here 3 times and the arrangements are perfect every single time! I bought some for my husband on our anniversary, and with how extravagant they were, well worth the money. I can confidently say Schmitt's will be our go to florist for anniversaries, birthdays, or just because.
I utilized Schmitt's a week ago to send sympathy flowers to my cousins when my aunt passed. Beyond Excellent everything, quality, customer service , I wish I could give 10 Stars ! I called from Tampa, Florida at 11:30 this morning to have flowers sent to my Mom in Louisville for her Birthday and they arrived to her at 12:15 ! Absolutely gorgeous ! Exactly as seen on the website ! She was so thrilled and so am I ! Thank you all so much for everything ❤️
This is Second time I’m using this florist for an out of town order and I will continue. I live in North Carolina and my daughter lives in Kentucky and I have to say these are two of the best floral arrangements that I have ever ordered online. They are absolutely gorgeous. I wish they had a floral shop in every city that I need because half the time when you order something online, you never get what you order, but not the same with Schmitts Florist, they are Absolutely beautiful. below is the floral arrangement that she received today. It was a designer choice! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly recommend!!
TL;DR - I couldn't be happier with the price/value, product, or customer service. 5 stars all around! I decided to go into the shop rather than order online for flowers for a friend's mother's funeral & visitation. Without a set picture online to choose from, I didn't know exactly what I would get. I gave them my budget and was told they could put together a medium-sized basket with the freshest spring flowers they had on hand. And since I was purchasing this on behalf of a group of folks chipping in, they text messaged me a pic of the finished basket the day before the funeral so I could share that pic with the others who had contributed. My friend, daughter of the deceased, messaged us all the morning of the visitation saying, "Thank you, friends. The flowers are spectacular!" and I couldn't agree more. You earned yourself a new return customer, Schmitt's :)
