I've given this place two chances. The first time I waited 45 min after my reserved time because my stylist wasn't there. After an hour I left. Today, I booked a duo wax. My service started over 10 min late. My stylist could barely open his mouth to speak and looked like he didn't want to be there. I distinctly told him that I wanted to do Eyebrows and nose. Next thing I know he's sticking wax in my ears. No problem, I'll just add eyebrows. However this was the quickest, sloppiest eyebrow wax I've ever had. When I arrived home I realized I'd still need to pluck a to get what he missed. The kicker is this cost $51 with tip. I booked a duo for less than $30 and got a shitty overall job for $51. Done with this place. It's indeed a place for wives to drop their husbands that don't know any better.

They really listen to what you want and deliver perfect results every time. The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. I always leave looking and feeling my best—highly recommend to anyone in San Antonio!
Came here for the first time today and had a great experience! Will definitely be coming back. Haircut was awesome and the people were awesome. I saw Jacsanne and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a top tier haircut!
I’ve had my haircut done by Niki several times now, and she is truly excellent. Every time I come to this place, I specifically ask for her because she is consistently professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly skilled. She always understands exactly what I want and delivers great results every single time. Highly recommended — if you’re coming here, make sure to book with Niki.
Definitely returning! Angela was fantastic at the bar, and Anthony gave the best cut since I've been in San Antonio. Wish there was a Scissors & Scotch in Ohio!
