Natalia and her staff are incredible at Sculpt DTLA. I always feel welcomed and well taken care of when I'm here. The friendly front desk staff and professional nurses make it very easy to schedule and receive treatments. Even after only 1 session of the Coolsculpting, I already see a huge difference! I highly recommend this med spa, especially for the excellent customer service and Coolsculpting results that they offer.
ALL STATEMENTS ARE FACTUAL AND SUPPORTED BY DOCUMENTATION, TIMESTAMPS, AND MEDICAL RECORDS I went to SculptDTLA for Radiesse injections (jawline and chin) with Tina Ovespyan and unfortunately had a very negative experience. I received two syringes on 11/17 and an additional syringe on 12/1. Prior to the 12/1 procedure, I explicitly told Tina multiple times not to inject superficially, as Radiesse is non-dissolvable and superficial placement is widely known to increase the risk of nodules. Despite this, the product was placed superficially, and I developed firm, visible nodules shortly afterward. These nodules were painful and caused persistent stinging and burning sensations along my jawline. The physical discomfort was significant, and the visual outcome was extremely distressing, creating the appearance of sagging or jowling that was not present prior to treatment. Because Radiesse cannot be reliably reversed once improperly placed, the only option offered was sterile water injections intended to soften the nodules, which does not correct improper placement. The final syringe I paid for ultimately had to be dispersed, leaving me without the result I paid for and with ongoing painful nodules under the skin. I attempted to resolve this matter calmly and professionally. During this process, I was repeatedly passed between staff members. The office manager, Anna Babbitt, left me a voicemail stating: "I heard you were looking for a refund or to fix it -- we don't do that. Call back with questions." There was no expression of concern or interest in evaluating a permanent injectable complication. I was told decisions were being made by the owner, Mark Bernardi, who never examined me and never saw the nodules he was making decisions about. I sought two independent medical doctor opinions and an evaluation from another licensed medical provider. All identified improper placement and injection technique as the cause of the complication. Additionally, Sculpt's own provider acknowledged to me on 11/18 that the Radiesse appeared too superficial and visibly uneven. Despite this, I was labeled a "problem patient" and told I would "never be happy." I later received a call from the owner that I found hostile in tone, during which no apology was offered. I was told a refund would only be provided if I signed an NDA preventing me from pursuing legal action or discussing my experience. Since this review was originally written, Sculpt has offered a full refund but has refused to cover medical expenses associated with the complications. I am currently undergoing medical evaluation related to these injections. I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision. I would not recommend Tina Ovespyan for Radiesse or other non-dissolvable fillers, and I strongly caution potential patients to consider how complications are handled once payment has been made.
I want to give a great review. I've worked with Anna Babbitt a few times in the last few years. She's amazing super easy to work with when I'm getting Botox done all around great person. If it wasn't for her I would not be returning to the location cause it is a drive from where I live now, but because of her in the staff, I do come back
I have been to both locations in LA, and both are excellent! I have had a variety of treatments and Anna Babbitt has always been there for me to recommend which treatment will be best for me. She is an absolute genius when it comes to Cool Sculpting! She definitely go above and beyond for all clients! Definitely get in contact with her for her expertise!
Great aesthetic services for unbeatable prices. Been going here for a few years and they are really knowledgeable, don't just push anything on you if it's unsafe or not recommended. Amazing, beautiful staff. Anna takes great care of people and makes sure I'm comfortable and informed every time
