Efficient and to the point service. I walked in not expecting to see my laptop until after Thanksgiving, holiday week and all. But fortunately, the part that needed replacing he had in stock. I got an upgrade, functioning laptop, and my files transferred same day. In this economy, we're all looking to save some money and I think the price to repair my laptop was more than fair (I was worried about having to replace the whole thing). He gave me pointers on how to keep it in top shape and made sure I was basically back to where it was before it stopped functioning.

Brought my laptop in for a charging port repair. Sam went above and beyond, not only repairing the port, but applying new thermal paste and cleaning the cooling fans. He was able to perform this with a day turn around. His price is competitive and quality of work is excellent.

I went and got my MacBook 2019 Pro repaired around September last year for the motherboard. First 3 months it was fine, two months later the computer would restart from time to time and 6 months later the computer is not turning on at all. Took it to apple and they said that whoever fixed the computer did a bad job and ripped some cable. Tried to contact owner through the store website no response for over two months now. Extremely disappointed because I had seem good reviews, but I suppose they just ignore all the customers for faulty repairs.
