The weird laser tech or nurse. Not Lexi but the one with the thick bushy eyebrows automatically assumed that I had ingrown hairs in the bottom area because I am black. Never had an ingrown down there in my life. Also I had to remind her that I was there to get my bikini line and happy trail done when we literally confirmed before I lied down. She was acting like she didnt want to touch me and I wont be returning because how do you have black people all on your site then act weird when a black person comes for service. Totally different vibe from Lexi.

Ali is super welcoming and made check-in feel effortless. And Samantha is professional, kind, and makes the entire appointment feel comfortable and quick. I’ve had a few sessions with her now and always request her when I book. Grateful for the consistency and great service from these two — they’ve really elevated the SEV experience for me.
