I wish I could give a higher rating since I think the nurses I’ve had are great, and I’m seeing a difference in my hair reduction. I went in for my intro session on July 29th. After deciding it was something I wanted to commit to so I would see results, I bought 3 packages on July 30th. I scheduled my next appointment 4 weeks out from my intro session, as advised, for August 26th. A week or so later, I received an email from SEV with a promotional offer: purchase the 18 month package for the price of 16 months. I spent $3,690 on the three 18 month packages at the original price. Since I didn’t go to my first paid appointment yet for the packages, I asked the management at the Walnut Creek location if I could have a price adjustment to what the promotional offer is. They turned down my price adjustment request. I have many sessions to attend still before my 18 month package expires. It feels like a slap in the face seeing the promo signs up around the office, and that they wouldn’t honor the price adjustment. When I check out from the appointments, the iPad on the screen asks for tips at the standard 15%, 18%, and 20% which is bothersome after being denied the price adjustment. I will always click no tip because of the service I received from management. I’ll keep going since I purchased the packages, but I do not feel the management at this location has any interest in keeping their customers happy.
Coming here for laser hair removal. I am always greeted right away by one of the two receptionists at the front. They promptly check you in and have you sit in the lobby, which has two large couches, while you wait to be called in for your procedure. Each time I have come in the technician is helpful and answers any questions. The procedure is quick, and over before you know it. When your procedure is over, the receptionist will check you out and make sure everything went well, as well as book your next appointment.
What would be so uncomfortable and nerve racking turned out to be so easy THANKS to Bianca! She put me to ease and checked in with me for my level of comfort that helped me feel assured. Love working with Bianca. I highly recommend her. I also want to note the SEV has been very professional on taking all precautions on my health to avoid any conflicts prior to my initial appointment. I’m impressed! See you in 4 weeks.
This was my first time going to Sev (Walnut Creek). It was a really great experience. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. My session was with Lauren. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. I will be back! ☺️
