After being let down by a completely different garage, I called Simon and same day he was able to look at and fix my car. Simon was very friendly and made it seem like no trouble to fit a part for me. Very happy with the service and they did a great job, my wipers are working again!
My daughter works as a nurse in the Bristol children's hospital, when leaving work after a night shift her car got damaged. As I live in Cornwall there wasn't a lot I could do to help. I contacted sgh who couldn't be more helpful or friendly. My daughter was nervous taking her car into the work shop of a traditionally male environment, but when she met Simon he made her feel completely at ease and happy. He made my daughter laugh, put her at ease and was sympathetic and kind . That not only made my daughter happy, it made me feel happy too . Having been to many garages for servicing and bodywork before, SGH really stands out. My car came back looking like new, and I was impressed by the quality of the work. What makes SGH truly special is Simon. He's a genuinely kind and welcoming person who puts you at ease, reassures you, and goes the extra mile to treat you well. It’s clear he cares about his customers. Plus, he works on all makes and models, not just Mazdas, so I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. I had someone spray a random paint all over my car. I went to Simon desperate for help, i expressed that I didn’t want to spent too much as my car isn’t worth that much. He told me to come back the next day and when I got there he got my car in straight away and as I’d shown interest I learning about cars, he taught me how to polish the scratches and how to remove the paint, it was such a fun experience and I had a lot of fun learning about it. And my car looks so much better, he was really friendly and happy to help someone in need. He Didn’t care about the money he was happy to help me out, and give me the experience. He even said I could come back at any time to offer a hand around the garage and learn some valuable skills.
