We had a great experience at Shane Co. Amy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made my girlfriend feel comfortable right away and helped her find the perfect ring. Jesse let us look through a large selection of different diamonds and explained the differences between them so we could find the one that was right for us. They are the best and we will definitely be shopping with them again
I can't say enough good things about Shane Co in Scottsdale. The lifetime warranty and generous upgrade program that they offer is the best in the valley, bar none. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a tennis bracelet to celebrate a milestone birthday, and I was fortunate enough to work with Brittany M. She was such a delightlful presence and also incredibly knowledgeable! She went above and beyond, and even took the time to order a variety of bracelets that weren't in stock so that I could have an array of options to choose from.
