I love this place so much I was a walk in to get my daughter’s bangs cut and they charged me $9.00 . The experience they gave my daughter was awesome I’m so glad I chose to come here she’s still talking about it that’s how much she loved it the girl that cut her hair was so sweet and asked me so many questions before initially cutting her hair which I appreciated a lot . She had a lot of patience with my daughter and made the experience so fun and exciting for her ! Would definitely go back for any other cuts in the future .🙌
Took my almost 2 year old for his first haircut and it went amazing!! He loved the place and enjoyed sitting in the Lightning Mcqueen seat plus they had Ipads to play a show/movie at every spot. Will definitely be taking him back for the next cut!
Took my grandson in for a haircut and he is so stubborn and I was dreading taking him and imagining how it would go. I wish I could remember the name of the girl who cut his hair, but she was fantastic. She was calm, patient and would cut at just the right moments, one swipe and cut at a time. Somehow she did the impossible task quick and painless. My daughter was so impressed when she saw his cut and said it was the best cut he's ever had! Highly recommend this place and location!
Worst customer service!!! The lady that was checking in had an attitude and was rude which was the manger we came to find out at the end. My husband and I showed Georgia a picture of how we wanted the haircut and she said okay. 3 mins later we see her cleaning my son like she was done and asked if the haircut was good? We clearly said no and showed her the picture again. Georgia said oh well we can’t do a fade because he was a walk in but at NO MOMENT did they mention that to us before. We still had to pay full price for the haircut we didn’t want and the manager was no help!!! If I could give this review 0 stars I would!!!! At the end we received bad customer service, they chose the haircut they wanted and we paid for a haircut we didn’t want.
Georgia was fantastic with our 2 boys, aged 3 and 1. Our 1 year old didn’t have the best experience at this location with a different barber awhile back, so we were hesitant to return. Georgia was patient, easygoing, and did an excellent job. We plan to return to her for future cuts! She even helped us at the checkout desk too, and they offered a military discount. Thanks, Georgia!
